Effective January 2014, Pacifica Capital K.K. President & CEO Seth Sulkin has been appointed chairman of the newly-established Integrated Resort (IR) Task Force of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ). In this role, Mr. Sulkin will lead the task force in representing the interests of ACCJ members and help create business opportunities by information exchange and advocacy with Japanese politicians and bureaucrats; local governments; Japanese companies and industry associations.
